Sprinting Form Analysis

Your sprinting form is like the blueprint for your speed and stamina. The better your form, the faster you can go and the fewer injuries you'll face. But here's the thing: every sprinter, whether they realize it or not, deals with form issues.

That's where a running form analysis comes in. It's all about giving you personalized advice in these crucial areas:

  1. Form Cues: These are like insider tips to fine-tune your form for maximum speed and efficiency.

  2. Strength Training: Building the right muscles to boost your sprinting power and maintain that ideal form.

  3. Mobility Routines: Keeping your body flexible and primed for top performance.

  4. Soft Tissue Work: Addressing those knots and tight spots that could slow you down.

How it works.

Submit videos of your sprinting gait for analysis to be reviewed and returned within a few days by our coach:

  • Submit Four videos of you sprinting on a smooth, hard flat surface. Each video needs to be 15 seconds long with multiple angles (Front, Back, and Side views).

  • Review: Coach Charlie will analyze your form and offer a detailed gait analysis.

  • Get a Plan. With your analysis, you will be prescribed form cues, strength, mobility and soft tissue work to implement into your training.

  • Follow up: Reconnect 2 weeks after your analysis to assess progress and determine any additional resources needed.
